These insoles come in 3 sizes, please refer to our chart below for assistance choosing the correct size

Small  = UK 5.5 - 8   / EU 36.5-42.5  / USA 6-9

Medium = UK 8.5 - 10   / EU 43-45  / USA 9.5-11

Large = UK 10.5 - 13 / EU 45.5-48.5  / USA 11.5-14

Specifications

• Washable & breathable comfort insole, odour-free & anti-bacterial for ultimate support & comfort.
• Directions: Remove existing insole and insert the insole into the shoe/boot.
• Trim with scissors if necessary.
• Hand wash with warm water, Air Dry.
